Sequence of Pages for Major Project Submission
All hardbound copies of the Major Project must follow the standardized sequence outlined below. Students are required to ensure that each section is neatly formatted, complete, and presented in accordance with institutional guidelines.

1. Cover Page
The cover page should clearly display the Project Title, Student’s Name, Enrollment Number, Program Name, Academic Session, and the Name of the Affiliated Institution. The formatting must be uniform for all students and consistent with the prescribed institutional template.
2. Certificate
A standardized certificate format will be provided separately. This certificate typically includes details such as the project title, student credentials, name of the project guide, and the institution’s official authorization.
3. Declaration
A formal declaration signed by the student, affirming that the presented work is original, independently completed, and has not been submitted elsewhere for any academic purpose.
4. Forwarding Note from the Principal
An official forwarding letter issued by the Principal of the affiliated institution, acknowledging and supporting the project submitted by the student.
5. Forwarding Note from the Project Guide
A formal note signed by the assigned Project Guide, confirming the student’s successful completion of the project under their supervision and verifying the authenticity of the work.
6. Acknowledgement
A brief section where the student expresses gratitude to faculty members, mentors, family, friends, and others who contributed guidance, support, or resources during the preparation of the project.
7. Table of Contents
A systematic list of all chapters, sections, subsections, and appendices, along with corresponding page numbers, allowing easy navigation throughout the report.
8. Main Body of the Project
Beginning from Page 8, this section forms the core of the Major Project. It must include the introduction, methodology, analysis, results, discussion, and other essential components.
The main content must be structured into logical chapters and should consist of a minimum of 60 pages.
9. References / Bibliography
A comprehensive list of all sources cited throughout the project. Students must follow a consistent and recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Vancouver, or Harvard format).
10. Appendices (if applicable)
This section includes supplementary materials such as questionnaires, raw data, interview transcripts, supporting documents, charts, or detailed calculations that support the main content of the project.
